Reservation Process:

  • Alternatively, email the UBMS administrator for a booking form at administrator@ubmsonline.co.uk
• Payment Deadline
  • The conference place is only confirmed once full payment has been made. Ensure the payment reaches us by Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
  • Failure to do so will result in booking cancellation and forfeiture of the deposits paid.
